Join us on Sunday mornings for our worship gathering at 10:30am. Preaching minister Luke Norsworthy is currently teaching a sermon series on Jesus' parables, walking us through the many illustrations Jesus used to describe the kingdom of heaven. From the sower to the talents to the lost sheep, there's always something new to discover about the richness of God's love and our part in the kingdom, on earth as it is in heaven.
Westover is committed to sharing the gospel of Christ and meeting needs, within our community, around Austin and across the globe. In order to do that, our many ministries and outreach efforts need to be funded. When you give during Floodgate, your dollars are mobilized toward the kingdom work Westover will do next year. These are the next stories we'll tell. From youth ministry camp scholarships to funding the weekly Drive Thru Food Pantry, these efforts are expressions of our calling to turn our hearts toward More Than Us, More Than Here. Do you love to sing? Love Christmas? This is your chance to help lead worship on Sunday morning with the Westover Christmas Choir! All the Women of Westover (college age and beyond) are invited to celebrate the Christmas season together with the women's ministry. This is one of our favorite annual traditions and it's a fun and festive time to connect with other ladies over dinner and holiday cheer.
This year we are also having a Christmas cookie exchange! Please bake and bring a platter of 2-3 dozen of your favorite Christmas cookie to share and we'll supply bags so you can take home an assortment of cookies. Please also plan to share (either over email to women@westover.org or a physical card) your cookie recipe and we will put together a Westover Women's Cookie Recipe Book so you're never out of cookie ideas.
Even if you don't have time to bake cookies (or don't like cookies), come to the anyway! We will have plenty to go around. This is one Christmas party you won't want to miss. 7:00pm on Tuesday, December 2nd in the Westover Family Room.

We will spend time worshiping, praying, and hearing testimonies about matters of faith that are pertinent to young women today. This is a fun, outreach-oriented (so invite your friends!) lock-in for guys in grades 6-12. The retreat focuses on issues of faith that are specifically applicable to middle and high school guys. We’ll spend time in honest discussion about God’s call on our lives. We’ll also eat lots of junk food and play some games! See the weekly youth group email for the registration link. Sunday, December 14th from 5:30-8:00pm at Westover. High school and middle school students are invited to join us for a semi-formal dinner, followed by dessert, Christmas games, and activities. Friends are welcome!
Please join us for a lively evening of caroling—a cappella style! We'll supply the lyrics, you supply the voices, and join us for an evening of singing, goodies, and fellowship. 7pm on Thursday, December 18th in the Westover Family Room.

Our annual mission trip to Lima, Peru will be June 30th - July 8th. We will spend a week with students of all ages in a school and a children's home, building relationships, teaching about God's amazing love, worshipping, playing sports, doing STEM projects and more. If you are interested in joining the trip this year, please save the date and talk to Cyndy Miller.
