We have a food pantry the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month, 1 PM – 3 PM. We do offer very limited financial aid during this time; it is reserved for extreme situations.
Westover Helps assists members of Westover and the Austin community with food, prayer, and emotional support. We realize that the needs of our city have increased dramatically in the past two years due to the overall cost of living increase in Austin. Our clients represent every race, gender, age and marital status. Many have children in their home. Some are homeless. Some are employed and some are not able to work. Our goal is not to judge your situation, but to meet with you, pray with you and offer compassion and grace.
We meet with clients for food assistance on the 2nd & 3rd Thursday of every month from 1 – 3 pm. You are welcomed through the Mesa entrance across from Anderson High School.
Want to get involved in our mission? If this sounds like your kind of service and connection for an afternoon, we’d love to have you join us. Please contact Holly Fullerton (HFullerton@aol.com) or Robert Bentley (firstname.lastname@example.org). We welcome you to shadow with our team and discuss how you would like to serve. In addition, we love having high school students serve with us during the summer.
