Conference Topic: Let’s Talk: Starting the Mental Health Conversation with Your Teen
This 1-hour presentation equips parents and caregivers of teens with the language and tools for having proactive and positive mental health conversations with teens. Because 50% of lifetime mental health conditions show their signs by age 14, these conversations can ensure teens feel comfortable about asking for help for themselves or friends if and when they need it.
